This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Jan Behrens ("Licensor"), jan@ichverstehs.net, and webgo GmbH ("Licensee").

1. Grant of License

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, install, and operate the accompanying software and/or related materials ("Software") for internal business purposes, for an unlimited period of time (lifetime use).

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Software remain the sole and exclusive property of Jan Behrens. This license does not transfer or assign any ownership rights to the Licensee.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:
- sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the Software to third parties;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet Licensee's requirements or operate without interruption or error.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This license is perpetual unless terminated by the Licensee. The Licensor may revoke this license if the Licensee breaches any of its terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
